TL;DR — made-to-order gear can’t be returned unless damaged or misprinted.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, replace the item at no cost.
If your order doesn’t arrive, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to locate or replace your order.
Because each shirt is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as size, color preference or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or style, you’ll need to place a new order once your return claim (if applicable) has been processed.

If you provide an address that’s considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will return to our fulfillment center. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address.
